About Me
I'm Émilie, a French-trained psychotherapist, therapist and counsellor offering bilingual (English/French) mental health support and counseling in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong or Online.
What makes my approach unique ?
Ten years at the intersection of education, nursing, and social work — including hands-on mental health and disability support — have honed my ability to understand life's complexities with both clinical precision and deep humanity.
Originally from Paris, I've called both San Francisco and Hong Kong home—where I've now lived for over six years.
My extensive travels across 40 countries have cultivated a deep appreciation for cultural diversity. These experiences have shaped my professional perspective, allowing me to approach therapy with openness, adaptability, and respect for different worldviews.
